“Panev Gallery” was opened in March 1999. It is located in the most romantic part of Veliko Tarnovo — next to the square of the Samovodska Charshiya. The gallery presents artworks by the Panev family.
Here you can find the magnificent landscapes of Ivanichka Paneva depicting Veliko Tarnovo and the most beautiful corners of Bulgaria, the beauty of the Bulgarian woman in her portraits, as well as her exquisite still lifes.
The gallery also offers the genre-rich and thematically diverse paintings of the great Bulgarian artist, honorary academician of the State Russian Academy of Arts, Hristo Panev — recipient of the state order “Cyril and Methodius” First Class for outstanding achievements in the field of culture. His works include associations with the finest examples of Bulgarian fresco painting, as well as poetic drawings, graphics, and watercolors by the same author.
You will immerse yourself in the rich palette of the contemporary abstract and symbolist art of Gabriel Panev.
The elegant handcrafted decorative jewelry of Petya Paneva is also presented here, together with her modern, unconventional watercolors and mixed-media collage paintings.

Entering the artistic world of the Panev family is a true pleasure, and in recent years Hristo, Ivanichka, Gabriel, and Petya have offered this opportunity to their admirers many times.
